Steps

First, please call 888-PRISM11 (Option 1) -OR- use our HelpDesk to schedule your Remote Support Session, then follow these simple steps at your appointed time to connect with your support agent.

Download

Click the button below to download the Prism Support Client for your system.  This software is a one-time run and you will need to do this again for future sessions.

Run

Locate the file you downloaded in Step 1 and run the application.  It will take a few minutes, so please be patient.

Request

Read and agree to our Remote Support Terms and fill out a Service Request form.  You will be placed in a queue and your agent will connect with you at the scheduled time.
